Name of the subject of the tender	Uus-Kiviõli Steel cords conveyor belts, belt installation, belt splicing and commissioning for new mining conveyors. Total quantity of conveyor belts 13 000 m.
Technical description of products	Conveyor belts for conveyors C1 and C2.: Conveyor C1 *1200 ST2500 8+6 DIN K quantity: 11 000 m Alternative *1200 ST2500 8+6 DIN X quantity: 11 000 m *After tendering results and final negotiations VKG will decide which type of belt will be selected for the conveyor C1. Conveyor C2 1200 ST800 8+6 DIN X quantity: 2000 m.
Warranty	Expected warranty for conveyor belts and belt splicing works 5 years minimum.
Required documents for  qualifying the bid	-Technical datasheet / Product specifications according to DIN standard. -Quality management certificates (ISO 9001 or similar). -Product test results. -Warranty letter. -VKG quotation forms (filled in): Quotation (ST800 DIN X) Quotation (ST2500 DIN X) Quotation (ST2500 DIN K)
Delivery schedule	Time schedule for delivery and work. Belt delivery: October 2024 Belt installation, splicing and commissioning: November - December 2024. Final time schedule will be agreed during the contract negotiations.

Palume hinnad näidata pakkumusel käibemaksuta. Hankes tehtud hinnapakkumine on siduv.
Hankijal on õigus korraldada täiendavad läbirääkimised kahe parima pakkujaga.
Hankija jätab endale õiguse muuta tööde mahte või lükata tagasi kõik pakkumused, kui ilmnevad muutused Hankija tootmismahtudes või pakkumused ületavad Hankija eelarvelisi võimalusi.
